At 13 years old, I started working in a kitchen with my Uncle Mike.

In his own unique way, Uncle Mike taught me some of the greatest tricks of the trade, along with some of his best-kept recipes, and it was with his encouragement that I fell in love with the culinary world. Even now, after almost 30 years in the kitchen, my passion for cooking only grows. Every day I am inspired and encouraged to pursue my dream and share my creations whenever and wherever I can, with whoever I can!
